The Director of Real Estate Development will oversee all real estate development projects in various stages of planning and development. The Director will be a team player with demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, affordable housing projects on time, within budget and with positive community impact. Responsibilities may include: Seeking new real estate opportunities and conducting early stage feasibility analysis, Assembling financing and submitting applications for grants, equity and loan programs, Managing permitting, planning and the community process with community partners and organizing staff, Soliciting, negotiating and overseeing third party consultant services and project teams, Managing the closings for purchase, loan and equity investments, Overseeing project budgets and schedules, Ensuring compliance with funding requirements and city, state and federal regulations, Maintaining investor and lender relationships, Representing NWGF before relevant boards, committees and neighborhood groups, Oversee preparation and management of operating budgets. Secure funding commitments from Low Income Tax Credits, HOME and other funding sources.

NeighborWorks Great Falls is seeking a full time Group Education Facilitator and Data Management Coordinator. NeighborWorks Great Falls is looking for an individual, committed to our mission to support homeownership through education and community collaboration. This position will coordinate and facilitate our group education, communicating and encouraging our community experts to share their expertise. Education classes requires the individual to work evenings and weekends. This position will require an individual to be computer savvy and open to learning and developing areas of our data management programs.

Education: 4-Year Degree (BA/BS) in accounting, business or related field (the equivalent years-experience in a position with related duties may be considered in lieu of degree). Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a position with related duties. Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Experience with accounting software is required. Skilled with interpreting financial data to prepare complete and accurate reports. Must be detail oriented, highly organized and efficiently manage time. 1-2 years’ experience supervising employee(s) is preferred, experience with operating QuickBooks software is preferred, and experience in grant accounting and compliance.
