Construction Project Manager - Click for full position description

NeighborWorks Great Falls is seeking a full time Construction Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, serving as project manager ensuring construction is on time and within budget, managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, reviewing and authorizing General Contractor’s pay requests and completing final inspections and punch lists for all construction projects. Requires AA in construction technology or related subjects and seven years construction experience, or an equivalent of ten years’ experience in the construction project management field. Homeownership Center Director - Click for full position description

NeighborWorks Great Falls is seeking a full time Homeownership Center Director. The HomeOwnership Center Director is responsible for the financial, logistics, and compliance of the education and counseling department and their programs. This role is also responsible for the quality control of home improvement and foreclosure prevention loans NeighborWorks Great Falls (NWGF) processes. Additionally, this role is responsible for monthly reviews and reporting to the HOC committee on loan portfolios and delinquencies. This position is a key supporter of the marketing and real estate departments.
