Homeownership Planning
There are one-on-one 45-minute pre-purchase planning sessions available to those that are interested. This appointment is required to receive a Homebuyer Education certificate (certificate needed to obtain NeighborWorks down payment/closing cost assistance). Once your counselor has received proof of income and signed disclosures you will be able to schedule your free appointment.

- Fill out as much of the intake form as you can and someone will be in contact with you by phone or email within 24 hours. Please note that if you complete the form on a Friday or Saturday you may not hear back until Monday.
In addition to individualized counseling appointments, there are a variety of pre-counseling programs available such as credit repair, debt management, and budget planning to assist with preparing to purchase a home.
